We join your architect and builder from the earliest drawings, designing each space and specifying every finish and surface. Throughout construction, we coordinate with your trades, reviewing shop drawings and walking the jobsite to ensure every detail is executed as envisioned. This hands-on presence catches issues before they become problems, protecting your investment and vision.
Furnishings & turnkey
Full furnishing packages for primary residences and out-of-state second homes — furniture, lighting, rugs, window treatments, art, and accessories, installed to the last detail before you arrive.

Design consultation
Every project begins the same way: a conversation about scope, budget, timeline, aesthetics and whether we’re the right fit for one another.

The brief
We gather everything the design must answer to: how you live, what you need each space to do, your preferences, and any imagery that captures the feeling you’re after. This becomes the brief every later decision is measured against.

Space planning & conceptual design
The home is worked out on paper before it is worked out in the field — furniture layouts, preliminary material selections, conceptual elevations and drawings. This is where we work through options and focus on the ones that speak to you.

Design development
The stage where the home becomes specific. Every material and detail is selected and resolved: slabs and edge profiles, tile layouts and grout colors, cabinetry from door style to hardware counts, plumbing and appliances, lighting and switch plates, paint, interior doors, closet interiors, shower niches, window treatments. Nothing is deferred to be decided under pressure on site.

Construction
Full project specifications are issued to your builder, and we stay engaged from framing and rough-ins through tile, millwork, paint, and installation — culminating in a site walk, punch list, and final inspection. Our documentation means the trades build from answers, not assumptions.

Furnishings, procurement & installation
Furniture for every room is ordered, tracked, received, and installed — through to mattresses and bedding, area rugs, mirrors, and throw pillows placed where they belong.

Artwork & accessories
The layer that makes a house yours: art hung, linens pressed, dishware in the cabinets. Particularly for out-of-state owners, we hand over a home ready for its first dinner party.
